NDIIF Advanced Electron Microscopy Core

Overview of Services

The Advanced Electron Microscopy Core integrates a unique bundle of state-of-the-art FEI tools that enable expert users to attack the most complex modern research problems from micron to Angstrom spatial resolution. Sample preparation of Biological and Soft Material samples for SEM and TEM imaging is provided by the Histology Core. Please contact Sarah Chapman for more details. Researchers can be trained to use our devices, or services can be provided by experienced staff. Contact the director of electron microscopy, Dr. Alexander Mukasyan, for training, consultation, and/or experimental service.
