The Notre Dame X-20 Flow Cytometer Lab houses a BD LRSFORTESSA "X-20" Flow Cytometer for multicolor and fluorescence cell analysis. The X-20 is equiped with blue, violet, red, and yellow-green lasers. We provide free training for beginners to experts and first time user consultation for your experiment planning. After you complete the X-20 and Facs Diva software hands-on-training, you will be ready for self-service and run the Cytometer. The X-20 is open to the Notre Dame research community, external academic institutions, and industry. We offer reasonable per hour rates.
